At Luxario, we strive to ensure every product meets premium quality standards. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 5 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- All tags and labels must be intact
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.
💸 Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
